L'Occitane Almond Shower Oil and Milk Veil Review

Lately I've been feeling a bit of a mess. You know how it is sometimes when you feel like you literally have no time for anything? Including painting your nails, moisturising your skin and having a good old pamper? As well as me feeling bad about myself because, frankly, I feel and look like a slob, I also feel bad as I feel like a pretty bad blogger. I'll admit, I've been known to have chipped nails on many occasions, I suffer with really dry skin as I am the laziest person ever and hate moisturising, and yeah, sometimes I don't look like I've brushed my hair (I have, I promise).

I've been feeling a lot like this lately, and I think the absolute best thing to do when it all gets too much is to really indulge, and go all-out in the pampering product department. I was recently sent the L'Occitane Almond Shower Oil and Milk Veil Duo from QVC and it couldn't have come at a better time. Sometimes you just need to MAKE time to look after yourself, pamper yourself from head to toe, and these two babies are absolutely brilliant in that department. As soon as I saw they were almond, I knew they'd be for me. Almond is my favourite scent and that makes these products all the more dreamy. They smell amazing, and they leave my skin feeling incredible.

The duo comes with an Almond Shower Oil, which is a really rich indulgent oil that leaves your skin feeling super smooth and silky. It smells beautiful, melts into your skin and really hydrates and nourishes (something that my skin always really needs!) It also makes a brilliant shaving oil, as it leaves your legs SO smooth. The Almond Milk Veil is just as amazing. Again, smelling deliciously of almonds, this product is so gorgeously smooth and light on the skin, yet is also really moisturising, firming and smoothing. Using the oil in the shower followed by the veil is my absolute favourite thing do to, as my skin is guaranteed to feel one hundred percent divine after using them both.

I honestly love both these products and although they're definitely on the steep side at £39.00, for a really indulgent pamper they are the absolute best. Love them!
