Getting back into healthy eating with Hello Fresh


I don't know about you, but I'm still getting over the epic indulgence that was Christmas 2016. Whilst it was pretty fabulous, it set me completely out of whack with "normal" eating and has meant that getting back into the swing of things with regular, healthy meals has been pretty tough this January.

I'm not the best when it comes to cooking anyway - I'm not very imaginative and tend to stick to things that take very little effort (which usually means they don't have that great nutritional value). This being the case, I teamed up with Hello Fresh on a video review and unboxing of their awesome recipe box delivery service.

I run through the service in more detail in the video, but you basically get a box delivered to your door each week containing the exact ingredients for 3-5 recipes, along with the recipes themselves. It has made me rethink my meals completely, got me excited about cooking (for once!) and just generally opened my eyes to the variety of interesting and exciting meals you can create it not much time at all.
