Christmas Gift Guide: Stocking Fillers
Does anyone else feel like Christmas has started much earlier this year? This weekend I saw countless people putting up their Christmas decorations, so I thought it was probably time to kick off this year’s Christmas gift guides! I love putting these together every year and the stocking fillers one is always my favourite – I just love buying little bits for people (and for myself!).
I feel like this year especially the act of giving gifts is all the more special, as most of us haven’t seen our loved ones properly since March. So, while Christmas is definitely going to be a strange one this year, we still get to enjoy the special feeling that giving someone a gift brings.

I’ve put together a little collection of affordable stocking fillers that would make great Secret Santa presents or cute little extra treats for loved ones. For the book lover in your life, I just had to include the book of the moment, ‘Ghosts’ by Dolly Alderton. I’ve seen this book everywhere lately and must admit I was first drawn to the pretty cover (I know, sue me) but the blurb also got me. It’s about a successful food writer in her thirties who has just moved to a new neighbourhood and feels as though her life is passing her by. I feel like lots of us thirty-somethings could probably relate and it’s a must for fans of Dolly’s work.
For stationery lovers or those who simply thrive on organisation, the Sighh Designs x The Insecure Girls collaboration is absolutely gorgeous and makes a perfect stocking filler. There’s tonnes to choose from, including list pads, stickers and key rings, so you’re spoilt for choice. I picked up this cute ‘Working on myself for myself’ notebook and ‘No worries if not!’ sticker, both of which I absolutely love. Speaking of stickers, I also included this Norfolk Print Co. ‘Easy, tiger’ one as I just love the style of their designs. The wrapping paper in the background is also by them, and I absolutely love it. Moving on, this glittery rainbow card holder is amazing and comes in just over a fiver – it’s from Skinny Dip London, which is one of my go-to places for stocking fillers.
Next up, who said socks couldn’t make a cute gift? This Typo box of socks is adorable – I love the ones with slogans on in particular. Typo is another shop I think is fab for stocking fillers – they do a huge range of mugs which I absolutely love. Annoyingly it looks like the ‘Pets and Plants Over People’ one has sold out but I think this ‘Dogs: Because Humans Are the Worst’ one is a pretty good substitute! I also had to include this sweet little bee photo holder from Oliver Bonas – it’s the perfect size for Instax Mini prints and is a really affordable stocking filler for interior lovers.
For the eco-conscious friend, these Eco Warrior cleansing bars* from The Little Soap Company are fantastic. They’re cruelty free, biodegradable and contain 99.9% natural ingredients. They also smell amazing and the packaging is so cute! They’re ยฃ4.50 each and come in a range of different bars – from cleansing to moisturising face and body bars and shampoo bars too. Finally, for the girl who constantly travels or simply is obsessed with jewellery, this travel jewellery box from Lisa Angel is perfect. It’s ยฃ16 and there are a huge amount of different designs to choose from – you can get them personalised too. They do some velvet celestial designs as well, which I have my eye on!
