Say hello to one of my favourite outfits of recent weeks. I think this outfit sums up my style completely – a fondness for pastels, quirkiness and statement jewellery. I based the whole outfit around the midi skirt, which was a total bargain at ยฃ8 from Primark, and thought it would work well with my face-print crop top from Topshop a few summers ago. I slipped my favourite Missguided coat/jacket over the top, popped on my lace ballet pumps from Shoe Zone and completed the look with some lilac accessories. The necklace has been on my wishlist ever since I saw it on the beautiful Arabella’s blog (I might have bought the earrings too…) and as soon as I saw this fluffy bag pop up on River Island’s website I simply had to have it. I think they do a few different colours, but lilac is my fave.
Last week I had quite a few events and press days in London, so I should have some posts coming up about them soon, as well as lots of beauty posts in the pipeline. I feel bad having not blogged for the past few days but I’ve been preoccupied with other things and blogging has unfortunately had to take a backseat. I am back to it now though, and I hope you don’t mind me featuring two outfit posts in a row – I have so many lovely clothes to show you at the minute!
